With a core team of 50 dedicated professionals, our client is in tune with the needs and expectations of privately-held companies. They have spent decades working with family and founder-owned businesses to carefully and considerately look into solid investment options. Having fine-tuned their procedures, they have eliminated the need for a long and invasive process.

Requirements for the Financial
Research Project

The client’s requirement was for virtual employees (FTE) who could assist them in their financial research projects in the real estate sector. After learning about Research Optimus (ROP) from our website and discovered that we would be the ideal outsourcing partner, the client initiated the project conversation.

We were tasked with providing four full-time analysts with a solid background in research who would work according to the Pacific time zone and be responsible for performing research, collecting contact information, combing through trade show lists, cross-checking specific databases, and entering the desired information into a detailed, accurate database.

    • Cross-checking databases to verify the accuracy of the information

    • Entering verified data into a fresh database

    • Making outbound calls based on the client’s requirements and script

  4. The database was regularly checked by the client to ensure that we maintained the required pace and were entering the correct information.
