As a leading real estate expert for 20 years, the client has accumulated over $2.25 billion in transactions, $500 million in HUD loans, and owns over 6,000 units. They are widely considered to be a leading developer and transaction specialist for senior and multi-family housing.
The client was using Virtual Employee and wanted to hire an experienced financial researcher with expertise in the real estate domain. They wanted to work with a reputable outsourcing market research company who could provide a qualified FTE resource who could serve as the right role for the client’s project.
