Our team was required to list 200 companies with between 50-500 employees, making sure to exclude the ones in the health and wellness category. We needed to focus on specific locations including Redding to Fresno, Reno to Fairfield, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Sacramento, and Valley to Fresno.
The list was highly specific, and we were tasked with adding details for both IT management and recruitment management. Should no details for a recruitment manager be found, these would need to be substituted with details for the HR manager instead. Specific details we needed to include were the company URL, phone number, and direct email address of the managers in question.
All of these sourced results needed to be loaded into Bullhorn, staffing software and applicant tracking system, to which the client provided access. Any leads already listed in Bullhorn, would not require updating.
The specificity regarding geographic locations proved to be somewhat of a challenge for our team. This did, however, only cause minimal delays, and we were able to source adequate listings in each of the areas requested.
Once we delivered a few sample results, the client was pleased with our work and requested that we continue with the project.
